Canning and food preservation program set April 24

Purdue Extension will be hosting a program on Food Preservation including canning, drying and freezing from 6-8 p.m. on April 24.
The program will take place on the east side of the Fairgrounds Community Building and registration is $5. Register by April 18.
The session will cover food safety and process. Recipes and samples will be available. Participants should bring canning lids to be tested.
