PCPL to offer Chess lessons Tuesday

The Putnam County Public Library will offer Chess with James on Tuesday, Sept. 23 from 6-7:30 p.m.

This is monthly program is free and open to all ages and designed for participants to either learn the game of chess or to play and improve their skills.
