Jerry D. Martin

Jerry D. Martin, 64, of Rockville, passed away on Friday, Nov. 14, 2014.

He was born March 30, 1950 in McCroy, Ark.

He was a resident of Owen County, Ind., for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Troy and Katie Martin; one sister, Janett Thigpen; and nephews Jeremey Thigpen and Robbie Martin.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Martin; his children, Christine Matthews, Katie Smith, Melissa Wilson and Stephen Russell; six grandchildren; two sisters, Judy Garner and Peggy King, and two brothers, Kenny Martin and Lynn Martin.

Visitation will be 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18 at The StoreHouse Church, 605 Westlane Rd., Greencastle.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale.
