Debra Louise Dickerson Harden, 62, of Brazil, passed on to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, Dec. 12, 2014 after her long battle with cancer.

Debra was born in West Terre Haute on Sept. 1, 1952, the daughter of the late Ray Dean and Katherine (Hinkle) Dickerson.

She was a graduate of West Vigo High School and graduated from Indiana Business College with an associate degree in accounting.

Debra is survived by her loving husband John Harden, whom she married on April 5, 1985; her loving mother-in-law Dora Harden; daughters Dawn Leann (Jon) Kanizer and Michelle Harden; and sons Jason (Gloria) Myers and Mark (Jaime) Harden.

She is further survived by grandchildren Zachary, Lauren, Emilee, Abby Kanizer, Miranda Myers, Andrea and Eric Warren, Jacob and Kennedy Harden and Christian Price; great-grandchildren Brandon and Karson Kanizer; sisters Sue (Bill) Jeffrey and Rosie (Richie) Jeffers; brothers Jack (Exie Marie) Dickerson, Bobby (Kim) Dickerson, Don (Julie) Dickerson, John Dickerson, Woody Dickerson and Mack Joe Dickerson; brother-in-law Ronnie (Rose) Harden; sister-in-law Denise (Kieth) Mishler; and several nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date, with burial of her cremated remains at Clearview Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VNA Hopice of the Wabash Valley or the American Lung Associates.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to VNA Hospice Staff, Dr. C. Reddy, Dr. A. Chakarabarti and Dr. T. Schmitz.
