Rebecca Lynn Brewer

Rebecca Lynn Brewer, 63, of Bainbridge, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015.

Born April 29, 1951 in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Thurman and Yvonne (Tonnis) Query.

She was a graduate of North Central High School.

Rebecca married Samuel J. Brewer III on May 30, 1980, and he survives.

Rebecca had been a secretary with Cigna Insurance for several years.

She loved animals and will be remembered for her warm smile and kind heart.

Survivors include her husband, Samuel J. Brewer III; sons Samuel J. Brewer IV and Benjamin Brewer; her mother, Yvonne Query; and brothers,Thurman Query, Robin (Debra) Query and Matthew Query.

She was preceded in death by her father; a sister, Nancy Sproles; and two brothers, Michael and John Query.

Family and friends will be received to celebrate Rebecca's life on Thursday, Feb. 26 from 4-7 p.m. at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle.

Memorial contributions may be made in Rebecca's memory to the Humane Society of the donor's choice.
