Allen David Dennis

Allen David Dennis, 81, Springdale, Ark., passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2016 in Springdale.

He was born Dec. 1, 1934 in Greencastle to the late John Daniel Dennis Sr. and Lillian Scott Dennis.

Allen had served in the United States Army during the Korean War and was a retired truck driver, working for Tri-State Motor Freight for many years. He was also manager of the Motor Inn RV Park in Springdale since 1984.

He is survived by one brother, John Daniel Dennis Jr. of North Vernon; his previous spous, Phyllis Dennis of Webb City, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Laura Catherine Dennis York and Von York.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Ave., Springdale, AR 72762.
